This week was another escape from the city for me. Every time I make wine tasting next to mediterranean sea, I feel like my wine is more tasty and special. Probably it’s because of this fantastic ambiance and great weather.
This time I had two special wines: one from Turkey and one from France.
TR ~ This is one of my favorite brand Prodom. Every time I taste something new about this brand I like. Their product Petit Verdot 2010 was really nice with red meat and Turkish cheese gravyer. This medium bodied wine has well balanced acidity and soft tannin wine.
FR ~ It is from Bordeaux. Chateau Lanessan is a really great mix. The Lanessan vineyard belongs to a family who is making wine since 8 generations. It’s mainly composed of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon which are completed by Merlot and Petit Verdot. Great taste with dark fruits, full bodied and completely nice balanced.
